Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for managing a set of high revenue clients.
  • Overseeing complete account management activities at PAN India level.
  • Handling queries on business association and facilitate onboarding along with maximizing customer satisfaction through continuous improvement.
  • Acquire a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements.
  • Develop trust relationships with a portfolio of major clients to ensure they do not turn to competition.
  • Driving important KPIs across other teams like operations, finance and tech to deliver the best experience for the client.
  • Manage the delivery of service for assigned accounts.
  • Day to day interaction with clients regarding their business requirements.
  • Meeting client on a regular interval on performance, load increment, relationship building.
  • Ensure end-to-end tracking of shipments which are stuck in-transit, DC, Hub and PPC PAN India.
  • Ensure cross functional coordination to achieve timely system closure as per the timeline defined by the management.
  • Monitor and ensure increase in delivery strike and reduce customer complaint/ escalation and RTO percentage.
  • Weekly review with key customers on our service standard and related improvements.
  • Share timely and accurate monthly MIS reports with the senior management team and reporting.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing or a related field.
  • Proven experience in key account management or sales roles, preferably in the courier or logistics industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships and effectively interact with clients.
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities to develop innovative solutions and address client needs effectively.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, collaborating with various departments to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales and reporting tools.
  • Knowledge of the courier and logistics industry, including market trends and competitor analysis.
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills to manage multiple accounts and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Willingness to travel as required to meet with key clients and attend industry events.
