Job Description

  • Manage AOP targets for assigned EPC accounts in the Western region.
  • Lead strategic selling projects with a balance of and consultative engagement.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams including product, marketing, finance, and operations to drive account success.
  • Develop and articulate compelling value propositions tailored to EPC customer needs.
  • Build relationships with important partners across EPC organisations.
  • Champion customer-centric strategies and lead from the front in engagements.
  • Identify growth opportunities and lead account expansion through solutions.
  • Manage customer relationships, engaging them in value-added activities.
The Essentials - You Will Have:
  • Engineering professional with at least 15 years of Sales experience in strategic sales or account management within the EPC large process OEMs.
  • Translate customer needs into applicable solutions..
The Preferred - You Might Also Have:
  • Experience establishing communication and engagement with prospects.
