Key Responsibilities: - Minimum 10 years of commercial experience developing web applications using the Java/Spring stack - Team lead experience including requirements handling, decomposing user stories, managing middle/junior engineers, understanding scrum team roles, and agile development methodology - DevOps experience in creating and improving CI/CD pipelines in cloud environments, networking, Unix, understanding k8s and docker registries - Proficiency in distributed systems design and software/solution architecture - Skills in refactoring, performance, and memory tuning - Familiarity with build systems (Maven or Gradle) for dependency management, build lifecycle, release, and version management - Knowledge of Git branching model (git flow, GitHub flow) and various frameworks like Spring, ORM, messaging, security, batch, and integration - Understanding of databases, consistency models, SQL, and distributed transactions - Experience in microservice architecture patterns, communication patterns (HTTP, messaging, gRPC, CQRS), and API design best practices - Strong problem-solving skills and proficiency in algorithms Qualifications Required: - Minimum 10 years of commercial experience in web application development using Java/Spring stack - Team lead experience in handling requirements, managing engineers, and understanding agile methodologies - DevOps experience in creating and improving CI/CD pipelines, networking, Unix, and containerization technologies - Experience in software and solution architecture, refactoring, performance tuning, and memory optimization - Proficiency in build systems, Git branching models, frameworks, databases, microservice architecture, and API design Please note that Wipro IT Services Poland Sp. z o.o. adheres to the Internal Reporting and Whistleblower Protection Regulations.
