Senior Java Developer (Contractual)
Location: Bangalore (On-site)

Position Type: Contract – 12 Months (Extendable Long-term )

Salary: ₹1,00,000 - ₹1,20,000 per month

Payment Terms : Net 30

About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Java Developer to join our dynamic engineering team on a contractual basis. You will play a key role in designing, developing, and delivering high-quality enterprise applications, with opportunities to contribute across the full stack.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of Java-based enterprise applications.
• Work closely with architects and business stakeholders to translate requirements into robust technical solutions.
• Develop RESTful APIs, microservices, and integration components.
• Participate in full-stack development, including front-end interfaces using Angular or React.
• Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
• Optimize application performance, scalability, and security.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across environments.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, including DevOps practices and automation.
• Ensure timely delivery of project milestones within an agile environment.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 5 years of professional Java development experience.
• Strong expertise in Core Java, J2EE, Spring, Spring Boot, and Hibernate.
• Experience building RESTful web services and microservices architecture.
• Proficiency in SQL and relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, or Oracle).
• Working knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and frameworks like Angular or React.
• Familiarity with version control (Git), build tools (Maven/Gradle), and CI/CD pipelines.
• Solid understanding of design patterns, object-oriented principles, and software engineering best practices.
• Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS or Azure) is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.

Contract Details:

• Tenure: 12 Months (with possibility of extension)
• Location: Bangalore (Work from Office)
• Compensation: ₹1,00,000 - ₹1,20,000 per month (negotiable for exceptional candidates)
• Joining: Immediate joiners only
