Overview

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Senior Java Developer to design, develop, and maintain high-performance, scalable applications. You will lead development efforts, write clean, efficient code, perform code reviews, and mentor junior developersall while leveraging modern software development practices and cloud integrations.

Responsibilities

• Application Design & Development

• Build backend systems using Java and Spring Boot
• Hands-on coding and implementation

• Debugging & Troubleshooting

• Diagnose and resolve technical issues via application debugging

• Code Quality & Reviews

• Conduct code reviews and approve production-ready code

• Testing

• Create and execute unit and functional tests

• Documentation

• Produce technical and functional documentation for features

• End-user Support

• Provide support to stakeholders and resolve usage issues

Professional Skills

• Programming Expertise

• Expert-level Java development
• Deep knowledge of Spring, Spring Boot, and J2EE

• Distributed Systems

• Experience with event-based, message-driven architectures

• Web & Load Technologies

• Familiarity with web servers and load balancing

• Source Control & Builds

• Proficiency with Git or SVN
• Build tools: Maven, Ant (plus experience converting to GitHub workflows)

• Web & API Experience

• Strong RESTful API implementation and web services (XML/HTTP)
• Solid understanding of SQL and relational databases

• Dev & Analysis Tools

• IDEs and tools: IntelliJ, SonarQube, ScalaTest

• DevOps & CI/CD

• Experience with GitHub, Jenkins, Jira, or similar platforms

• Methodology

• Familiarity with Agile development practices

Eligibility Criteria

• Primary Skillset:

  Java + Spring Boot

• Education:

  BE/B.Tech or higher in Computer Science or related field
