Sr. Java Developer / Java Developer

Key Responsibilities

● System Design and Development: Design, implement, and maintain scalable and efficient backend systems using Java. Ensure systems meet both functional and non-functional requirements.

● Code Quality: Write high-quality, maintainable, and well-documented code. Perform code reviews and mentor junior developers on best practices.

● Performance Optimization: Analyze system performance and optimize applications for speed and efficiency. Address and resolve performance bottlenecks.

● Collaboration: Work closely with frontend developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

● Technical Leadership: Lead architectural discussions, make decisions on technology stack, and advocate for best practices in software development.

● Problem Solving: Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues and bugs. Provide effective solutions in a timely manner.

● Innovation: Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends. Propose and implement new technologies and methodologies to improve our systems.

Qualifications

Education and Experience:

● IT Graduate (BCA / B.E. / B.Tech /MCA / M.E. / Msc.IT) with minimum 6 years of experience.

Skills:

Technical Skills:

● Proficiency in Java, including modern frameworks such as Spring Boot.

● Experience with database design and management (SQL and NoSQL databases).

● Familiarity with RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.

● Knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus.

● Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and version control systems (e.g., Git).

Soft Skills:

● Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.

● Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

● Ability to mentor and guide junior team members.

Other Requirements:

1. Experience with Spring Boot, Angular JS will be a plus point

2. Experience with cloud based deployments

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹1,200,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
