Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Sr IT Recruiter to join our team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have 3-12 years of experience in IT recruitment and be able to work immediately.


Roles and Responsibility
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
  • Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers and other stakeholders.
  • Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate fit and skills.
  • Coordinate with the HR team to ensure a smooth onboarding process.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports of recruitment activities.

Job Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Sr IT Recruiter with a strong track record of successful placements.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment principles, practices, and technologies.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Proficient in using recruitment software and tools, such as applicant tracking systems.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
