As a Senior Talent Acquisition Executive at Ascendion, you will play a crucial role in the recruitment process by understanding client requirements, sourcing potential candidates through various channels, and managing the end-to-end recruitment cycle effectively. Your responsibilities will include: - Reviewing job descriptions and identifying suitable candidates based on client requirements. - Sourcing candidates from job portals, internal databases, and social media platforms. - Assessing candidates" relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and competencies. - Coordinating and scheduling interviews while maintaining ownership of the recruitment process. - Building strong relationships with candidates to obtain referrals and trust. - Negotiating wage rates and employment terms while securing commitments from candidates for current and future job openings. - Submitting candidate resumes to hiring managers for review and consideration. - Providing timely updates and maintaining regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process via email, voice, and video calls.
