Job Description

Sourcing & Talent Acquisition

  • Identify and attract qualified IT professionals through various sourcing channels job portals, LinkedIn, social media, referrals, internal databases, and walk-ins.
  • Conduct Boolean and advanced search techniques to target niche skills.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of active and passive candidates for recurring roles.

Candidate Engagement

  • Conduct initial screening calls to assess candidate fitment based on technical skills, experience, communication, and salary expectations.
  • Explain job roles, project requirements, and company culture clearly to candidates.
  • Ensure timely and professional communication with all candidates during each stage of the hiring process.

Technical Coordination

  • Coordinate with technical panels to schedule interviews across time zones when needed.
  • Understand and interpret technical job descriptions for roles like software developers, network engineers, DevOps, cloud specialists, and more.
  • Work with hiring managers to refine role requirements based on market availability and feedback.

Recruitment Operations

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment life cycle – from requirement gathering to onboarding.
  • Ensure accurate and timely documentation in ATS or Excel trackers, including candidate status, interview feedback, and offer details.
  • Maintain offer-to-joining ratio and proactively manage candidate dropouts or no-shows.

Performance & Reporting

  • Share daily/weekly reports on hiring progress, TAT (turnaround time), and closure rates.
  • Work to achieve individual and team hiring targets as per monthly/quarterly goals.
  • Track recruitment metrics like sourcing effectiveness, pipeline quality, and interview-to-offer ratios.

Stakeholder Management

  • Liaise with hiring managers, HR business partners, and technical teams to ensure smooth hiring.
  • Provide market intelligence, competitor hiring trends, and candidate availability insights to stakeholders.
  • Handle salary discussions and negotiate offers based on budgets and candidate expectations.

Compliance & Candidate Experience

  • Ensure all recruitment practices are in line with company policies and data protection guidelines.
  • Deliver a best-in-class candidate experience from first contact to onboarding.
  • Gather and document feedback post-interviews and ensure proper closure of every requirement.
