Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Senior Interior Designer to spearhead high-end luxury projects from conceptualization through to successful completion. The ideal candidate will possess an exceptional design aesthetic, robust technical proficiency, and proven experience in sophisticated space planning, compelling client presentations, and collaborative team leadership.

_ Key Responsibilities:_

Design & Planning

· Lead the entire design lifecycle for luxury interior projects, from initial conceptualization to final development.

· Produce comprehensive architectural and interior design documentation, including detailed drawings, layouts, and high-quality 3D visualizations.

· Collaborate intimately with clients to interpret their vision and deliver bespoke design solutions.

· Guarantee all designs align with functional requirements, aesthetic standards, and budgetary constraints.

Project Coordination

· Foster seamless collaboration with internal teams, including project managers, junior designers, and procurement specialists.

· Act as a key liaison with external vendors, consultants, and contractors, ensuring precise design interpretation and execution on-site.

· Conduct rigorous site supervision to uphold design integrity, quality standards, and project timelines.

Client Interaction

· Lead engaging client meetings, compelling presentations, and detailed project walkthroughs.

· Skillfully integrate client feedback and modifications while preserving the core design vision.

· Cultivate an exceptional, high-touch client experience from initial brief to final handover.

Documentation & Technical Detailing

· Generate precise working drawings, comprehensive construction documents, and detailed specifications.

· Oversee the review and finalization of Bills of Quantities (BOQs), material palettes, and product specifications.

· Proactively identify and resolve technical challenges, providing effective on-site solutions.

Required skills and qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Interior Design Diploma.
• Minimum of 7+ years of progressive experience in high-end residential and commercial interior design projects.
• Expert proficiency in REVIT, AutoCAD, Photoshop, and MS Office Suite. Familiarity with Sketch Up and 3Ds Max is a distinct advantage.
• Exceptional skills in space planning, conceptual design, and intricate detailing.
• Demonstrated track record of successfully managing end-to-end design execution for luxury projects.
• Superior presentation, verbal, and written communication, and client relationship management abilities.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
