Job Description

As a Senior Inside Sales Executive at our company, your role will involve driving sales of smart video door phones, digital door locks, and wireless sensors. You will be responsible for the following key tasks: - Making sales/marketing calls and coordinating with architects, interior designers, consultants, builders, and system integrators. - Scheduling meetings, demos, and follow-ups with field executives. - Updating calls, meetings, and quotations on Zoho CRM. - Maintaining a strong sales pipeline and ensuring timely follow-ups. - Collaborating with marketing and product teams to meet customer needs. - Providing excellent customer service and support. To excel in this role, you must meet the following requirements: - Basic English communication skills along with proficiency in one regional language (Tamil/Gujarati/Kannada/Malayalam/Bengali/Telugu). - Strong organizational and time-management skills. - Positive attitude and a passion for sales. - Sales and non-sales targets will be assigned after training.
