Job Description

As an Inside Sales Counselor at our company in Vadodara, you will play a crucial role in converting leads, assisting potential students through the enrollment process, and meeting monthly sales targets in a fast-paced and dynamic setting. Your main responsibilities will include engaging with leads through various channels such as calls, emails, and virtual meetings to identify their educational needs and recommend suitable programs. It will also be your responsibility to drive admissions, maintain an organized pipeline, and ensure timely follow-ups for a seamless enrollment process. To excel in this role, you should possess strong communication and persuasion skills, a target-oriented mindset, and a proven track record of achieving sales goals. Additionally, being highly organized, tenacious, and capable of handling rejection positively are key traits that will contribute to your success in this position. Collaboration with internal teams to facilitate the enrollment process and building trust with potential students through sincere communication are also essential aspects of this role. A sincere commitment to student success, a workaholic attitude, and a willingness to go the extra mile will set you apart as a valuable member of our team. Ideally, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in any discipline, with an MBA or equivalent qualification being a plus. A minimum of 3 years of experience in inside sales or counseling, preferably in the education sector, is required for this role. This is a full-time, on-site position with a day shift schedule.
