You will be joining our team in Vadodara as an Inside Sales Counselor with the primary responsibility of converting leads, guiding prospective students through the enrollment process, and meeting monthly sales targets in a fast-paced environment. - Engage with prospective leads through calls, emails, and virtual meetings to understand their educational needs and suggest suitable programs. - Drive admissions to meet monthly sales targets. - Maintain a well-organized pipeline and ensure timely follow-ups. - Build trust and rapport with potential students through consistent and sincere communication. - Collaborate with internal teams for a smooth enrollment process.
