  • Understand client requirements and job descriptions across various industries.
  • Source candidates through job portals (Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.), internal database, and references.
  • Screen resumes, conduct telephonic pre-screening interviews, and evaluate candidate fitment.
  • Coordinate interview schedules with candidates and clients.
  • Maintain candidate database and recruitment trackers (Excel/ATS/HRMS).
  • Follow up with candidates post-interview for feedback and documentation.
  • Draft and send interview call letters, job offers, and onboarding communications.
  • Ensure timely closures of open positions as per client expectations.
  • Maintain strong communication with both candidates and client HR teams.
  • Support in recruitment drives and bulk hiring activities when needed.
