Job Description

As an HR Systems Administrator at our Global HR Systems team, you will play a crucial role in providing technical expertise and oversight for various HR Systems including Workday, Cornerstone LMS, and HR ServiceNow. Your primary responsibilities will involve maintaining and enhancing Workday modules and other HR Systems, consulting with business stakeholders to identify requirements, designing and implementing solutions, and providing support for complex system issues to improve system processes and enhance employee experience. **Key Responsibilities:** - **Product Management and Expertise:** Serve as the Product Manager and subject matter expert for key Workday modules. Collaborate with HR Systems Leadership, HR Centers of Excellence, and Technology teams to develop continuous system improvement roadmap. - **System Maintenance and Enhancement:** Maintain, monitor, and enhance technical and functional aspects of Workday and other HR Systems. Manage integration points with vendors or internal systems. - **Stakeholder Collaboration:** Partner with HR Systems leadership and other stakeholders to review and prioritize system enhancement requests. Identify business requirements, create functional specifications, configure business processes, and align on best solutions. Execute test scenarios and collaborate with teams for successful implementation. - **Issue Resolution and Risk Management:** Troubleshoot issues, propose system solutions, evaluate risks, and lead changes for improved system performance. Stay updated on HR System releases, fixes, and best practices. - **Training and Mentorship:** Provide coaching to HR Systems team members, share knowledge, and mentor in specific areas of expertise. Communicate changes for updates and releases to ensure superior user experience. **Qualifications Required:** - Strong consultative skills translating business needs into HR system design. - Experience in test case development and execution. - Analytical skills in a fast-paced environment. - Excellent documentation skills and critical thinking abilities. - Effective in independent and team settings within dynamic environments. - Post-implementation support experience. **About Our Company:** Ameriprise India LLP has been serving client-based financial solutions for 125 years, focusing on Asset Management, Retirement Planning, and Insurance Protection.
