Sr. HR Recruiter

As a Senior HR Executive, you will play a crucial role in overseeing all aspects of human resource practices and processes to ensure the smooth functioning of the HR operations in alignment with the organizational goals. Your responsibilities will include: - Managing the end-to-end recruitment process which involves sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of new employees. - Developing and implementing HR strategies, policies, and procedures that are in line with the company's objectives. - Handling employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions professionally. - Monitoring performance management systems and assisting in annual appraisal processes. - Maintaining employee records to ensure compliance with labor laws. - Conducting training sessions, workshops, and employee engagement programs to enhance the overall work environment. - Supporting management in organizational planning and workforce development to achieve business goals. - Creating a positive work environment that fosters productivity and promotes employee retention.
