Sr HR For a leading EdTech group

Recruitment:

• Should have done lateral Hiring across the department
• Should have done campus recruitment for the Tech and Not Tech (including premium Institutes)
• Coordinating with hiring managers to identify staffing needs.
• Determine selection criteria & Source potential candidates through various channels.
• Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events.
• Forecast quarterly and annual hiring needs by the department.
• Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments & F2F.
• Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates.
• Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods.
• Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs) is a must.
• Excellent understanding of the differences between various roles within organizations.
• Familiarity with social media, resume databases, and professional networks.
• Proven work experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist.
• Use metrics to create reports and identify areas of improvement.
• Contribute to the strategic agenda of talent management and translate organizational talent strategy into planning.
• Understanding the technicalities of learning, development, and talent management processes.
• Ability to conceptualize processes and frameworks for enabling talent-related processes.
• Data management and data analysis including an eye for picking mistakes
• Organize and/or attend career fairs, assessment centers, or other events
• Find bottlenecks in the recruiting process
• Lead, oversee and supervise the team of the recruiters
• Determine HR and recruiting KPIs
• Create and present KPI reports

Statutory Compliances:

• To undertake compliance reporting.
• Responsible for HR operations and statutory compliances in the region including-ESI, Provident Fund, Professional Tax, Gratuity, Contract labour regulation and abolition Act, The Minimum wages Act, The Maternity Benefit Act, The Payment of Bonus Act, The Payment of Wages Act
• Other Labour regulations as applicable for the establishment.
• Dealing with Govt. Official under aforesaid acts.
• Handling labor notices and correspondence.
• Handling and solving employee queries and concerns related to salary, HR process & policies and addressing the same on priority

Required Skills:

• 5-8 years of human resources experience
• Experience in a Statutory Laws Significant experience in Project Management
• Thorough knowledge of Industry and Company Human Resources policies and practices
• Analytical and judgment skills necessary to evaluate, interpret, and reconcile data according to company. High proficiency in MS Excel.
• Always promoting the company culture
• Ability to handle high level of confidentiality and ability to draw studied conclusions
• Presentation skills necessary to effectively compile, communicate, update, persuade, and/or facilitate discussions with all levels of management
• Thorough knowledge of the broad spectrum of human resources functions
• Excellent communication, problem solving, leadership skills in order to effectively work with a variety of individuals and departments

Education:

• Bachelor's Degree in any discipline
