Role Overview: As an HR Program Initiator, you will be responsible for conducting research to identify problematic situations and providing recommendations for issue resolution. Your role will involve formulating strategic plans, assessing client HR needs, and crafting tailored solutions. Additionally, you will assist in KRA-KPI, Performance Review, Training, and Development. Your expertise will be crucial in driving change and culture management within the organization. You will also play a key role in policy development and integration, as well as selecting and implementing suitable HR technology. Your contributions will help establish control systems to ensure compliance with business methods and HR practices. Key Responsibilities: - Initiate human resource programs and projects - Conduct research to identify problematic situations - Provide recommendations for issue resolution - Formulate strategic plans to address HR matters - Assess client HR needs and craft tailored solutions - Assist in KRA-KPI, Performance Review, Training, and Development - Devise plans to drive change and culture management - Assist in policy development and integration - Select and implement suitable HR technology - Establish control systems for compliance with business methods and HR practices Qualifications Required: - Previous experience in HR program initiation - Strong research and analytical skills - Excellent communication and advisory abilities - Strategic planning expertise - Knowledge of HR technology implementation - Familiarity with compliance standards Please note that this is a full-time, permanent position with day shift hours and weekend availability.
