Sr. HR Executive

Role Overview: As a Senior Executive HR for a Retail Jewelry Store, your primary responsibility will be to manage the full-cycle recruitment process to attract and retain top talent. You will play a crucial role in developing and implementing HR strategies that are closely aligned with the business goals of the organization. Additionally, you will oversee employee induction, training, and development programs, including the establishment and execution of standard operating procedures, KRI/KPI, and customer service training.
