Product Manager for a Pharmaceutical Co.

As a Product Manager at our company based in Delhi, you will be responsible for independently managing the branding and escalation of the product portfolio assigned to you. Your role will involve developing and implementing functional and operational strategies for marketing and branding initiatives. You will work closely with the sales team to address scientific challenges and queries, as well as stay updated on competitors" knowledge and compare technical specifications. A key aspect of your role will be visiting Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and important customers to gather feedback on brand establishment and positioning. You will also engage with KOLs and convert them to advocates for our brand. It will be your responsibility to maintain adequate stocks of visual aids, relevant product documents, and literature, while also providing support for digital marketing efforts. In addition, you will participate in regional, zonal, and national conferences of scientific forums, as well as represent our company at exhibitions and stalls during various conferences. You will be expected to maintain test reports and production records, provide support and inputs for sales team reviews, and be accountable for achieving market share and positioning our brand among the top ten in the industry. Your role will also involve contributing to budgeting and business planning activities, with a focus on portfolio management. A willingness to travel or relocate as needed is essential for this position. Candidates with a background in the Pharma industry are preferred.
