Job Title : Sr. HR Executive (Generalist - Female) Location : Kochi, Kerala Company : Business Consulting Firm Job Type : Full-Time | On-site Experience Required : 2–5 Years Industry : Business Consulting / Professional Services About the Company For a growing business consulting firm based in Kochi, providing end-to-end solutions in business strategy, operations, and human capital. We are looking for a Senior HR Executive (Generalist) who can support PMS functions and internal team development as well as assist with client operations when needed. Key Responsibilities Recruitment process (sourcing, screening, & scheduling). Maintain HR records , generate reports, and ensure proper documentation. Coordinate with Project managers for all PMS related works, functions & audits. Support Implementation of project deliveries. Support team in functional developments , structuring process , and project execution . Assist Project managers in consulting projects for assigned clients as required. Candidate Requirements Experience : 4 years in a generalist HR role. Good understanding of HR, operations, compliance, etc. Strong communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in MS Office & AI tools. Qualification : MBA in HR / PGDM / equivalent. Preferred Attributes Prior experience in a consulting firm or service industry will be an added advantage. Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects in collaboration with the PM's. Detail-oriented with a problem-solving mindset. Learning and self-development ability.
