Job Description

As an HR Manager at our company, your role will involve managing recruitment and selection processes for factory positions, overseeing onboarding and training programs for new employees, ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies, handling employee relations and conflict resolution, and monitoring HR metrics such as turnover rates and absenteeism. You will be responsible for developing and implementing HR policies and procedures, coordinating performance appraisal processes, conducting regular audits of HR practices, and promoting a safe and healthy working environment.
