Sr. HR Executive (Factory)

As the HR Manager for our factory, you will be responsible for managing recruitment and selection processes, overseeing onboarding and training programs, ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies, handling employee relations and conflict resolution, and monitoring HR metrics such as turnover rates and absenteeism. You will also be expected to develop and implement HR policies and procedures, coordinate performance appraisal processes, and conduct regular audits of HR practices and procedures to promote a safe and healthy working environment. The ideal candidate for this role will have a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, along with a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in HR management, preferably in a manufacturing environment. You should have a strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a proven ability to develop and implement HR strategies. Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities, as well as the ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks, are also essential for this position. Key skills required for this role include proficiency in HRIS software and the Microsoft Office Suite, expertise in employee relations, recruitment and selection, performance management, compliance, conflict resolution, training and development, and labor law knowledge. This is a full-time, permanent position with benefits such as health insurance and provident fund, along with a yearly bonus.
