Sr. Group Manager - ERP CoE Platform

In this role, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the ERP CoE Platform within the Digital Global In-house Center (GIC). Collaboration with global Airbus teams will be essential for success in this position. The ERP CoE Platform Solution is a transversal organization acting as a center of excellence for all SAP-related topics at Airbus, including infrastructure, data management, integration, development, and user experience activities. Your primary responsibilities will include managing and leading the ERP CoE Platform while upholding Airbus values, overseeing the end-to-end product/application or service lifecycle, forming and managing multi-technical teams, identifying opportunities for product/service development, leading IT product/application or service MFT teams, and ensuring continuous release management. As a Senior Group Manager, you will establish team goals aligned with the business strategy, communicate job expectations, monitor performance, and provide coaching to ensure delivery and service excellence. You will work towards achieving the ambitious goal of digital transformation within the SAP context, demonstrating a strong understanding and respect for Airbus values. To qualify for this role, you should be a Graduate/Post Graduate with 19+ years of experience in the ERP domain and have experience in delivering SAP applications/projects. Expertise in leadership skills, product management, project management, SAP architecture for platforms, building new teams, and defining technology roadmaps is required. Knowledge of at least one SAP functional module process, professional networking skills, and familiarity with Agile/SAFe principles and Service Management best practices are also important. Success in this role will be measured by your ability to consistently ensure on-time delivery and quality of projects, bring innovative cost-effective solutions, and achieve customer satisfaction. Knowledge in the aerospace domain, quality management system awareness, ITIL, and PMP certification are considered desirable qualifications.
