Sr. Graphics Designer

1. Creative Design and Concept Development Develop and execute creative design concepts for branding, digital campaigns, and marketing materials. Translate brand messages into visually appealing graphics, layouts, and illustrations. Lead the creative process from concept to final execution across print and digital media. 2. Brand Identity and Visual Consistency Maintain and strengthen the brand’s visual identity across all platforms. Ensure all designs align with brand guidelines, tone, and strategic goals. Create templates, design systems, and visual assets for consistent brand representation. 3. Team Collaboration and Leadership Guide and mentor junior designers, providing creative direction and feedback. Collaborate with marketing, content, and web teams to ensure cohesive visual communication. Manage multiple design projects, prioritize deadlines, and ensure timely delivery. 4. Digital and Print Design Design materials for digital platforms including social media, websites, ads, and presentations. Create print materials such as brochures, posters, packaging, and event collaterals. Ensure high-quality output and technical accuracy in all final designs. 5. Innovation and Trend Research Stay updated with design trends, tools, and technologies to bring fresh ideas to projects. Experiment with modern styles, motion graphics, and visual storytelling techniques. Contribute innovative ideas to enhance brand creativity and audience engagement. 6. Client and Project Management Understand client briefs and translate them into effective design solutions. Present design concepts and revisions professionally. Manage workflow efficiently, balancing creativity with deadlines and client expectations.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
