• Designing marketing materials for real estate projects (brochures, flyers, hoardings, site branding, etc.)
• Creating digital assets for social media, emailers, ads, landing pages, and website visuals
• Working closely with the marketing and sales teams to understand creative requirements
• Developing visual storytelling for project launches, brand campaigns, and investor decks
• Maintaining consistency in branding across all visual touchpoints
• Translating real estate data, layouts, and USPs into clean and persuasive design
• 3–5 years of experience in graphic design — ideally with real estate background.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating both creative flair and commercial sensibility
• Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign is a must; After Effects is a bonus)
• A solid understanding of layout, color theory, typography, and branding
• Someone who can work independently, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects
• Strong attention to detail, and the ability to convert complex information into clear visuals
• Familiarity with real estate marketing trends, buyer psychology, and luxury branding (is a big plus)
