Sr. Graphic Designer

About Us

We are a dynamic advertising agency focused on delivering impactful and creative solutions for brands across digital and offline platforms. We are looking for a passionate Graphic Designer who can translate concepts into visually striking designs that connect with audiences and strengthen brand identity.

Key Responsibilities

• Conceptualize and design creative assets for digital campaigns, social media, websites, print ads, packaging, branding, and marketing materials.
• Collaborate with creative directors, copywriters, marketing, and client servicing teams to develop ideas that align with client objectives.
• Maintain consistency with brand guidelines across all platforms and campaigns.
• Stay updated with design trends, advertising innovations, and digital media aesthetics to bring fresh ideas to projects.
• Adapt and resize creatives for multiple media formats (print, digital, OOH, etc.).
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute design ideas that add value to campaigns.
• Ensure timely delivery of high-quality designs that meet client requirements.
• Work with vendors/printers when needed to ensure accurate production of print material.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree/diploma in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in a creative/advertising agency (freshers with strong portfolios can also apply).
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects).
• Strong understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and visual hierarchy.
• Ability to work on multiple projects in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating creativity, originality, and versatility.

Good to Have (Optional)

• Knowledge of motion graphics, video editing, or 3D design.
• Experience in UI/UX design for websites or apps.
