Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Global Mobility Services (GMS) Supervisor to manage the immigration & mobility programs for the APAC region. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and compliant move of talent across the region, supporting business workforce strategies, and providing expert advice on international tax, immigration, and social security matters by partnering with our key service partners.

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in global mobility or a related field.
Strong knowledge of international tax, immigration, and social security regulations.
Excellent project management and organizational skills.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Bachelors degree in a relevant field.
Extensive experience in immigration management with a track record of leadership.
In-depth knowledge of immigration laws and regulations.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience in process improvement and automation initiatives.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with government authorities and external partners.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Certification in Global Mobility (e.g., GMS, CRP).
Experience working in a multinational corporation.
