Responsibilities

• AI Solution Development: Work closely with the team to build customized AI solutions tailored to our customers' needs.
• Generative AI Exploration: Conduct Proof of Concepts (PoCs) to evaluate emerging generative AI technologies and their potential applications.
• Technical Assessment: Help evaluate new AI technologies, vendor products, and services to identify the best fit for our platform.
• Technical Leadership: Contribute to technical design discussions, define requirements, provide estimates, and participate in technical conversations.
• Problem-Solving: Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues to ensure the smooth operation of our applications.
• Roadmap Contribution: Participate in roadmap discussions and help shape the future direction of our platform.
• Best Practices: Foster a culture of excellence by setting, updating, and enforcing best-practice development standards.
  

Requirements

• Fullstack Experience: At least 5 years of proven experience in fullstack development.
• Programming Proficiency: Expertise in at least two modern programming languages (e.g., JavaScript/TypeScript, Python) and one web development framework (e.g., Next.js, React).
• Cloud Infrastructure: Experience deploying, maintaining, and securing applications on cloud platforms (AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud).
• Database Expertise: Familiarity with relational and NoSQL database technologies.
  

Nice to Haves

• AI Background: Experience with machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch) and cloud-based AI services.
• LLM Knowledge: Understanding of large language models (LLMs), including fine-tuning, optimization, and hosting.
