It’s a technical leadership role where your impact will be felt across engineering, product, and company direction. Design and develop scalable backend services using PHP (Laravel preferred) Build modern, modular frontend components using React.js Architect APIs and data models using MySQL and best practices Own full-stack modules from design to deployment Lead major technical decisions — architecture, stack choices, roadmap feasibility Collaborate with board members and founders on technical strategy Build and grow the engineering team, mentor developers, and set code and quality standards Own release cycles, infrastructure decisions, and long-term tech scalability What We’re Looking For We're looking for a senior builder who thrives in product-led environments and thinks like an owner.
