About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Full Stack Developer with at least 5 years of experience in designing, developing, and deploying scalable applications. The ideal candidate should be proficient in both frontend and backend technologies, capable of handling complex systems, and experienced in leading development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain web applications with a strong focus on performance, scalability, and security.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other developers to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Lead end-to-end development lifecycle from architecture design to deployment.
• Build and maintain RESTful APIs and integrate with third-party services.
• Ensure best practices in coding standards, version control, testing, and deployment.
• Optimize application performance and troubleshoot issues in production.
• Mentor junior developers and contribute to technical decision-making.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in full stack development.
• Strong proficiency in frontend technologies: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), React.js / Angular / Vue.js.
• Solid expertise in backend technologies: Node.js, Python (Django/Flask), Java, or similar.
• Experience with databases: SQL (MySQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB).
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and CI/CD pipelines.
• Knowledge of version control systems like Git/GitHub/GitLab.
• Experience with microservices, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Nice to Have

• Experience in FinTech, SaaS, or enterprise-level applications.
• Exposure to DevOps practices and security compliance.
• Knowledge of GraphQL, Redis, or message brokers (RabbitMQ, Kafka).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
