Job Summary:

We are currently hiring a female Front Office Executive who will be the first point of contact for our guests. The ideal candidate should be well-groomed, confident, and possess excellent communication and customer service skills. You will play a key role in creating a welcoming environment and ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome guests with warmth and professionalism
• Manage check-in and check-out procedures efficiently
• Handle guest inquiries and provide accurate information about hotel services
• Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments for guest needs
• Maintain guest records and process payments accurately
• Handle phone calls and reservations
• Address and resolve guest concerns promptly and politely
• Ensure front desk area is clean, organized, and presentable at all times

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Hospitality, Hotel Management, or related field
• Prior experience in front office or guest service preferred (freshers may also apply)
• Proficiency in MS Office and front desk systems (knowledge of hotel software like IDS/Opera is a plus)
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Excellent grooming and presentation
• Ability to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays
