Position Overview: We are currently hiring a Maintenance Executive for our upcoming luxury resort in Wayanad. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in general property maintenance with specific expertise in swimming pool maintenance and sewage treatment plant (STP) operations . This role is critical to ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and maintaining high hygiene and safety standards. Key Responsibilities: Perform daily inspection, cleaning, and chemical treatment of the swimming pool Operate and maintain pool filtration systems, pumps, and chlorinators Monitor and manage the Sewage Treatment Plant (STP), ensuring proper functioning and compliance with environmental regulations Conduct routine maintenance and repair of electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems Maintain preventive maintenance schedules for all equipment and utilities Respond to breakdowns or emergency repair needs promptly Ensure all maintenance activities follow safety standards and operational guidelines Keep accurate records of maintenance logs, chemical levels, and STP reports Coordinate with external service providers as needed Candidate Requirements: ITI / Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering Minimum 2–4 years of maintenance experience in hotels/resorts or related industries Must have hands-on experience in pool equipment handling and water treatment Working knowledge of STP operation and maintenance is required Familiarity with basic HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems Ability to work in a remote location and manage tasks independently Strong attention to detail and a safety-first mindset Preferred Qualifications: Experience working in a luxury resort or hospitality setting Basic knowledge of BMS (Building Management Systems) Awareness of green maintenance practices and energy-saving initiatives What We Offer: Competitive salary with food and accommodation (if required) Opportunity to be part of a premium pre-opening hospitality team Career advancement across Mazus Hotels and Resorts properties A scenic and peaceful work environment in Wayanad Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: From ₹17,000.00 per month Benefits: Food provided Health insurance Paid sick time Paid time off Schedule: Day shift Rotational shift Supplemental Pay: Performance bonus Work Location: In person
