Job Opening: Front Office Executive

We have an opening for a Front Office Executive in one of the leading 4-Star Hotels located in Salem.

Location: Salem
Industry: Hospitality / Hotel Management

Job Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist guests during check-in and check-out
  • Handle front desk operations, reservations, and guest inquiries
  • Manage phone calls, emails, and walk-in guests professionally
  • Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure smooth operations
  • Maintain accurate guest records, billing, and reports
  • Address guest concerns promptly and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction

Eligibility & Skills:

  • Graduate or Diploma in Hotel Management preferred
  • 1–3 years of experience in front office operations (hotel experience preferred)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Customer-oriented approach with a professional attitude
  • Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with hotel management systems

Salary: As per industry standards, based on experience

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹9,036.58 - ₹29,890.87 per month
