Sr. Financial Analyst

The TechOps Global Financial Planning & Analysis Team serves as the central point for managing the performance of TechOps. As a FP&A Senior Financial Analyst, you will play a crucial role in supporting key processes such as Closing, Outlooks, Budget, and Long-Term Planning. Your responsibilities will include coordinating system submissions with Sites and Platforms, as well as supporting major projects like organizational updates and changes in reporting. You will have the opportunity to interact with a wide range of stakeholders across the organization, providing you with high exposure and the chance to build a lasting network within Novartis. Key responsibilities include supporting Performance Management by coordinating Closing, managing LO/Budget overviews, driving automation and simplification of reporting structures, and ensuring flawless submission and reporting across all frameworks. You will also support major projects related to operational updates, changes in reporting, and strategic planning cycles. Strong collaboration, open communication, and satisfaction of internal customers are essential to this role. Essential requirements for this role include strong analytics, attention to detail, ability to communicate complex information effectively, project management skills, and strong communication skills. Desirable qualifications include being a Chartered Accountant, equivalent degree or MBA in Finance, strong digital skills, and affinity for clean house reporting.
