Job Description

Reconcile financial and operational data between Salesforce, ERP (e. g. , Oracle, NetSuite), DWH, and other reporting tools.

Work with large datasets to analyze and interpret financial results, identify trends, and flag discrepancies or anomalies.
Collaborate closely with Sales, Sales Operations, and other non-finance stakeholders to resolve data issues
Develop and maintain reconciliation templates, reports, and dashboards as needed.
Support month-end close processes including preparation and validation of key reports, variance analysis, and coordination with accounting.
Assist in forecasting and budgeting efforts, collaborating with the FP&A team to consolidate input and deliver insights.
Work on ad-hoc projects.
Identify and implement process improvements and automation opportunities to enhance data integrity and efficiency.
Operate with a high degree of independence in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

Qualifications:

BS degree in Accounting/Finance or related majors required

Minimum 5 years experience in Financial Analysis, FP&A, or a similar analytical finance role.
Demonstrated experience reconciling data across complex systems (Salesforce, ERP, DWH).
Proficiency in Excel and strong data manipulation skills; familiarity with BI tools (e. g. , Power BI, Tableau) is a plus.
Experience with financial and operational systems like Salesforce, Oracle, NetSuite, or Hyperion preferred.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
Comfortable working in ambiguity and developing structure where it doesn t yet exist.
Effective communicator with the ability to translate financial concepts for non-finance audiences.
Self-starter who thrives in cross-functional environments and can manage multiple priorities independently.
