Sr. Field Mktg & Sales Executive For Infratech Company in Nagpur, MH

Role & responsibilities

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Senior Field Sales & Marketing Executive to promote first in India indigenously developed automatic pothole repairing machine technology and pressure sensitive premium premix asphalt products specifically designed for government departments and road maintenance contractors. The role involves creating and implementing marketing strategies, establishing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, and driving technology awareness and sales within the target market.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans to promote pothole repairing mobile machine technology and instant premix asphalt with a vision and mission to make Pothole- Free India.
• Identify and prioritize potential clients within government agencies and departments at the local, state, and federal levels.
• Conduct regular visits to government offices, road maintenance departments, and relevant decision-makers to present product offerings and build relationships.
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure alignment of marketing strategies with sales objectives and goals.
• Organize product demonstrations, workshops, and seminars for government officials and engineers to showcase the effectiveness and benefits of our Asphalt Technology to maintain Pothole Free Roads.
• Gather market intelligence and competitor insights to refine marketing strategies and product positioning.
• Provide regular reports on marketing activities, sales performance, and market trends to the management team.
• Work closely with the marketing team to develop promotional materials, including brochures, presentations, and digital content tailored to target groups.
• Monitor customer feedback and satisfaction levels to identify areas for improvement and drive customer retention.
• Stay updated on industry regulations, government procurement processes, and funding opportunities to capitalize on market trends and opportunities.

Preferred candidate profile

Any Graduate having min. 5 Yr experience in above-mentioned relevant industries.
