Sr. Exim Documentations Executive

Overview

We are seeking an experienced (Min 5 to 7 yrs) International Logistics Executive to manage export-import operations of our sports goods business. This role involves end-to-end coordination of global shipments, documentation, compliance, and stakeholder management.

Key Duties

• Manage complete import and export operations, including documentation, customs clearance, and shipment coordination.
• Liaise with suppliers, customers, freight forwarders, CHAs, and transporters to ensure timely and smooth delivery of goods.
• Prepare and verify all documentation—packing lists, invoices, COO, GSP, and Letters of Credit—ensuring compliance with customer and country-specific regulations.
• Coordinate export transactions across Incoterms (EXW, FOB, CIF, DDP, etc.) with accurate execution and supporting documents.
• Negotiate freight, transportation, and customs charges to optimize costs and improve efficiency.
• Develop dispatch plans with internal teams to meet production and delivery targets.
• Maintain shipment records and logistics data through accurate MIS reporting.
• Proactively track shipments, resolve delays, and communicate status updates to stakeholders.
• Handle sample dispatches and ensure timely delivery for evaluation.
• Support cross-functional teams and assist in shipping/receiving operations as needed.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹28,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
