Prepare and issue accurate invoices for:
Corporate relocation
Domestic & international household moves
Storage, packing, insurance, and value-added services
Ensure billing is as per:
Approved quotations / work orders
Client contracts & rate cards
Agreed credit terms
Coordinate with operations, sales, and relocation teams to validate job completion documents (GRN, POD, completion reports).
Monitor and enforce credit limits and credit periods for corporate clients.
Review customer aging and flag overdue / high-risk accounts.
Coordinate with sales for resolution of credit issues before service continuation.
Recommend credit holds where necessary.
Follow up with clients for timely payment via calls, emails, and statements.
Share weekly / monthly receivables MIS and aging analysis.
Track payments against invoices and ensure proper adjustment.
Escalate long-pending cases to management.
Resolve billing discrepancies and payment disputes with clients.
Coordinate with:
Operations (job closure)
Sales (commercial approvals)
Finance (bank receipts, accounting entries)
Reporting & Compliance
Prepare MIS reports:
Billing summary
Outstanding receivables
Client-wise aging
Collection efficiency
Support internal and external audits.
Ensure proper documentation and record maintenance.
Billing & receivables management
Credit control & aging analysis
Strong Excel skills (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot, formulas)
ERP / Accounting software knowledge (Tally, SAP, Oracle, etc.)
