-Review past client files, including medical history, nutrition plans, and progress reports.
-Analyze last recorded results and identify areas where the client benefited from our program.
-Make outbound professional calls to rejoiner clients with a consultative and empathetic approach.
-Discuss their previous program outcomes, current health concerns, and the value of rejoining.
-Educate clients on the benefits of getting back into preventive health care with Health Total.
-Create appointments with center staff and the online consulting team for detailed follow-ups.
-Maintain accurate call records, follow-ups, and appointment logs in the system.
-Share client feedback and insights with the team to improve re-engagement strategies.
