Artech India is looking for Sr. Executive - Talent Acquisition to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journey

Responsibilities

  • Recruitment Strategy: Collaborate with HR leadership to develop and implement talent acquisition strategies that align with the organization's goals and staffing requirements
  • Candidate Sourcing: Utilize various sourcing methods, such as job boards, social media, professional networks, and employee referrals, to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates
  • Candidate Assessment: Review resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidates to determine their suitability for specific roles
  • Use various assessment tools and methodologies
  • Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and candidates, ensuring a positive and efficient interview experience
  • Employer Branding: Promote the organization as an employer of choice through effective employer branding strategies and initiatives
  • Offer Negotiation: Participate in salary and offer negotiations, ensuring that offers are competitive and align with the organization's compensation policies
  • Onboarding: Collaborate with HR and onboarding teams to facilitate a smooth transition for new hires, ensuring they have the necessary information and resources for a successful start
  • Candidate Experience: Enhance the overall candidate experience by providing timely and constructive feedback and maintaining open communication
  • Data Analysis: Analyze recruitment data and metrics to assess the effectiveness of talent acquisition efforts and make data-driven improvements
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws, regulations, and company policies throughout the recruitment process
  • Vendor Management: Manage relationships with external recruitment agencies or vendors, if applicable
  • Process Improvement: Continuously review and optimize the recruitment process to increase efficiency and effectiveness

Skills and Qualifications

  • 1-3 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment roles.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes and methodologies.
  • Proficient in using applicant tracking systems and recruitment software.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with candidates and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess recruitment metrics and improve processes.
  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations in India.
