Job Description

Looking for a skilled professional to join our team as a Sr. Executive- Talent Acquisition with 6 months contract in Domestic. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in talent acquisition and recruitment, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Roles and Responsibility

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job posting to onboarding.
Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers and other stakeholders.
Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate fit and potential.
Collaborate with the HR team to develop and implement employee engagement initiatives.
Analyze recruitment metrics and provide insights to improve the hiring process.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in talent acquisition and recruitment.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience with recruitment software and tools.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
