We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Executive to lead the documentation efforts for sustainability programs in agricultural commodities, specifically in the spices sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining comprehensive documentation processes for sustainability initiatives, ensuring compliance with international standards and regulations.
1. Sustainability Documentation: Develop and maintain accurate and comprehensive documentation for sustainability programs in spices, including policies, procedures, and guidelines.
2. Compliance: Ensure compliance with international sustainability standards and regulations, such as, Fairtrade, Rainforest Alliance, FSA and others.
3. Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with stakeholders, including farmers, suppliers, NGOs, and internal teams, to gather information and ensure documentation meets their needs.
4. Data Management: Collect, analyze, and maintain data related to sustainability programs, including metrics on environmental impact, social responsibility, and economic viability.
5. Reporting: Prepare and publish sustainability reports, including annual reports, ESG reports, and other stakeholder communications.
6. Process Improvement: Continuously review and improve documentation processes, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and compliance.
7. Training and Capacity Building: Provide training and capacity-building support to internal stakeholders on sustainability documentation and compliance.
1. Minimum Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Environmental Science, Sustainability, or related field.
2. Strong knowledge of sustainability standards and regulations in agricultural commodities.
3. Excellent documentation and reporting skills.
4. Ability to work independently and collaboratively with diverse stakeholders.
5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and documentation management systems.
1. Experience with spice industry sustainability initiatives.
2. Knowledge of auditing and certification processes.
3. Familiarity with ESG reporting frameworks (e.g., GRI, SASB).
4. Certification in sustainability or environmental management (e.g., CSR, ISO 14001).
