Sr. Executive/Area Manager Automotive Lubricants Sales

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and grow sales of automotive lubricants through effective channel management.
  • Lead a team of sales executives and oversee daily operations in the assigned area.
  • Identify, appoint, and manage distributors, retailers, and key trade partners.
  • Monitor secondary and tertiary sales and drive market penetration.
  • Conduct market mapping, competitor analysis, and pricing strategy inputs.
  • Execute sales plans, schemes, and promotional activities at the field level.
  • Ensure achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual sales and collection targets.
  • Provide coaching and performance feedback to field sales staff.
  • Collaborate with marketing, logistics, and customer service teams to ensure operational efficiency.
