Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Oversee and manage all income and expense related accounting, MIS and analysis
Manage vendor management and payments to vendors; vendor agreements and performance
Prepare and review the monthly MIS to be presented to the management
24Q / 27Q TDS Monitoring Quarterly TDS Returns, 26AS Reconciliations
Monitor Revenue, Bill booking and Receivable Management
Monitor Vendor Payments and reconciliations
Monitor Regular Bank Reconciliations
Ensure compliance with GST, Companies Act 2013, Income Tax, Provident Fund (PF), Professional Tax (PT), Gratuity Act and other statutory requirements.
Stay updated on changes in Indian accounting and tax regulations.
Manage daily bookkeeping, review bills and critically examine it before processing payment.
General Ledger Maintenance
Accounts Payable/Receivable
Financial Reporting
Bank and Vendor Reconciliation

Education/Skills

Bachelor s degree in accounting or finance/ MBA/PGDM in Finance,
Minimum 5+ years experience in accounting/finance.
Technical / Soft Skills required Proficiency in MS Excel, Tally, exposure to working in ERP
Should have experience in follow up and reconciliation
Self-motivated and able to thrive in a results-driven environment
Ability to prioritize among competing tasks
