Position:

About the Company:

Candidate Profile:

Education: B.Tech / M.Tech in Food Technology
Experience: 46 years in Quality / Operations within food, fermentation, or allied industries
Training: 2 months at the companys Maharashtra plant before deputation to the DELHI NCR unit

Key Responsibilities:

Act as the coordination link between the manufacturing unit and the principal yeast supplier
Ensure yeast supplied meets the technical and quality requirements of the plant
Track and understand demand from distilleries and ensure product quality matches customer requirements
Provide support in logistics coordination to ensure timely and smooth supply chain operations
Ensure strict compliance with food safety and quality standards (FSSAI, HALAL, IMS, FSMS, HACCP, GLP, GMP, ISO 9001, FSSC 22000)
Monitor, maintain, and improve product quality as per specifications
Support day-to-day plant operations with a strong focus on quality management
