Post Name : Assistant Manager/Executive Maintenance (Mechanical) Role Description Report to mechanical maintenance head for day to day activities Support and supervise the mechanical maintenance activities in the unit Candidate should be involve in regular preventive, predictive & breakdown maintenance Adherence to safety standards in the areas of plant maintenance, Utility & Boiler Communication, Interpersonal, team Management, Schedule Adherence. Motivating the team members for excellent execution of their work Coordination with production, quality and others departments for supervision of maintenance activities on main plant and utility equipments Maintaining Daily LOG book for work carried out through technician recording of daily breakdown and corrective action. Working knowledge on office automation tools. Preparation and presentation of ISO documents, history Cards etc... Analytical Skill to anticipate, understand and resolve issues of breakdowns, process Improvements, equipment reliability improvements. Experience in fermentation industries/various food industries Material management, issue Slip, gate pass and others necessary Document for material and services Working knowledge of Auto CAD / relevant softwares is highly desirable Supporting project execution for enquiry preparation, detailed engineering, BOQ. Checking and verifying jobs executed by contractor/ service engineer. Prior maintenance experience on various equipments like Pumps, Evaporators, Dryers, Conveyors, Blenders, Agitators, Extruders, Gearboxes, Blowers, Air Compressors, Cooling Towers, Heat Exchangers, Centrifugal Separators, Decanters, Filtration Units, Bagging & Packing Machines, Boilers etc. Performs others duties as assigned Qualifications & Preferences B. Tech in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent Excellent verbal and written communication skill Proficiency in English language (read/write/speak) is highly desirable 5-8 years of experience preferably in any yeast fermentation plants/ other relevant process industries Perks and benefits As per company's norms

Job scope include: Connect with key decision makers of sugar and grain-based distilleries and convert to ABM yeast products. Identify and shortlist key customers for conversion and make a time bound action plan. Prepare value proposals to convince customers for ABM yeast products through application trials. Conversion of customers from self-propagation (Culture) to ABM Yeasts and also Dry to Dry conversion. Managing supply network. Explore possibilities of fresh yeast / cream yeast for distilleries. Main responsibilities: 1. Customer acquisition through value proposals and retaining existing customer base. 2. Customer conversion from dry yeast to fresh / cream yeast. 3. Responsible for sales targets. 4. Managing distribution network and collections. 5. Improve market share through organic and inorganic growth Qualifications: Graduate Alcohol Technology / Biotechnology / Microbiology Masters/Post Graduation/Diploma in Sales Management or relevant stream is added advantage Handled sales of yeast / enzymes into alcobev industry. 7 - 10 years of experience in sales of yeast / enzymes / chemicals into distilleries. Good knowledge and experience on alcohol fermentation.

Responsible for providing Technical and Application support for yeast and bakery ingredients for the South Region. Support the product development team with feedback and testing new formulations in the market. Provide product support to the Sales Team and assist in converting application trials to successful sales orders. Marketing, General sales Gather and analyze relevant data on existing and potential markets and trends for assigned product groups. Make appropriate recommendations in a timely manner. Arrange and conduct programs of training to meet identified needs. Develop a sales strategy in conjunction with the sales team for the region in line with the overall objectives of the business. Strategy to be coordinated with the overall direction of the Management Board. Develop sales plans & budgets within the agreed time frame, consistent with the sales strategy approved by the Board. Receive adequate training to achieve current objectives and future developments. Sales to new customers and existing customers Arrange and conduct programs of training to meet identified needs. Business Development: Driving marketing initiatives by identifying & developing new streams for revenue growth and maintaining good relationships with customers to acquire and retain quality customers. Conducting competitor analysis & competency mapping to keep abreast of market trends. Marketing Campaigns: Launching loyalty programs, running online and offline campaigns, analysing the effectiveness of the campaigns and reporting to the superior, and making effective use of the schemes and promotional offers, to increase the revenue. Managing New Product Launch Final confirmation and approval of brand positioning and strategy formulation. Create marketing to expand the top line and market share, and make it known to subordinates. Plan product placement using appropriate marketing plans and strategies including consumer offers and promotions. Qualification And Experience .
