Role Summary:

The Senior Executive - P2P Operations will be responsible for end-to-end Procure-to-Pay (P2P) transactional activities, ensuring accurate invoice processing, vendor query resolution, and timely payments. The role will support internal teams and vendors to maintain service delivery and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process vendor invoices and ensure timely posting in ERP.
  • Handle vendor reconciliations and resolve queries effectively.
  • Ensure timely vendor payments in line with agreed timelines.
  • Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
  • Maintain compliance with internal controls and audit requirements.
  • Identify and support process improvement initiatives.

  • Good communication and analytical skills.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) or equivalent.
  • 2-4 years of experience in P2P / Accounts Payable operations.
  • Knowledge of ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.) preferred.

    P2P process knowledge, invoice processing, vendor management.

The Assistant Manager - P2P Operations will manage a team handling day-to-day P2P activities, ensure SLA adherence, and drive process efficiency. The role includes stakeholder engagement, issue resolution, and compliance monitoring.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise P2P team operations including invoice processing, vendor reconciliations, and payments.
  • Monitor SLAs, KPIs, and ensure service delivery standards.
  • Handle escalations from vendors and internal stakeholders.
  • Support governance reporting, audits, and compliance checks.
  • Assist in transition and implementation of new processes.
  • Drive small-scale process improvement initiatives.

What It Takes to Excel:

  • People management and team handling skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and escalation management abilities.
  • Ability to balance operational delivery with compliance.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) or equivalent.
  • 6-8 years of experience in P2P, with at least 2 years in a team lead/supervisory role.
  • ERP knowledge (SAP, Oracle, etc.) essential.
