Job Description

Function as a product expert for application configuration and design, optimizing features, user experience, data integrity and system performance - Requires both broad and deep industry knowledge and the ability to architect solutions by mapping common customer business problems to reusable end-to-end business application solutions

Lead and support the implementation, upgrade, and maintenance of Infor LN Finance modules (General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, Cash Management, Budgeting, Costing, Invoicing, Taxation etc)
Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications
Configure and customize Infor LN Finance modules to meet business needs
Create functional specifications, test cases, and oversee data migration and system setup
Prepare documentation including process flows, FSDs, configuration guides, test case documents and user manuals
Train end-users and support UAT and go-live activities
Provide Business consultancy to customers in implementations and support for best practices followed in the industry
Provide end-user training and support during and after implementation
Collaborate with technical teams to ensure proper Knowledge has been transferred for technical development or integrations
Operational knowledge of Infor ION, EPM and Birst is preferred
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to financial processes and system functionality
Stay updated on Infor LN product developments and best practices
Should be familiar with all versions of Infor LN from Baan IV to Infor LN CE MT

Qualification Details

Essential Qualification: CA/ CWA/ MCA/ MBA

Preferred Qualification: CA

Experience Details

Essential Experience: 2 full life cycle implementati

Preferred Experience: - Finance- Trade logistics
