Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sr Executive/Lead Analyst - Procurement to join our team in Noida. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in procurement, global procurement, vendor management, and supplier onboarding process.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement procurement strategies to achieve cost savings and improve supplier relationships.
Manage vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and ensure compliance with company policies.
Oversee the supplier onboarding process, ensuring timely and efficient onboarding of new suppliers.
Analyze market trends, identify opportunities for cost reduction, and make recommendations to senior management.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective communication.
Maintain accurate records and reports, providing insights and analysis to support business decisions.

Requirements

3-8 years of experience in procurement, global procurement, vendor management, and supplier onboarding process.
Strong knowledge of procurement principles, practices, and regulations.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to analyze complex data, identify trends, and make recommendations.
Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, and procurement software.
